December Calendar - 2024
Welcome to one of our favorite times of the year! Throughout the month of December we celebrate the coming of our Lord and Savior in a variety of ways for all ages. We hope you'll consider joining us for one of our worship services on Sundays at 11AM, one of our special holiday events, or both!
As a special note, on Sunday, December 29th there will be no Sunday School and we will meet for a special New Year's service at 10AM and will observe communion.
Holiday Events
December 4th - 6:45PM
Christmas Kickoff
Join us for a Christmas night of worship filled with holiday songs. The primary goal of this event is to celebrate the coming holiday season while closing out our midweek programming for 2024 but is open to anyone! There will be Scripture reading, Christmas carols, and a special story time for our kids. Drop-off is not permitted for this service.
December 6th - 6-8PM
A Night in Bethlehem
On this night we turn our Family Life Center into Bethlehem Village, filled with interactive stages and a live nativity outside with animals. This event runs simultaneously with the city of Colbert's, "Old Fashioned Christmas," so be sure to come see us after or go visit them on the way out for holiday treats, hayrides, and more!
December 14th - 5-9PM
Tour of Homes
If you're looking to get into the holiday spirit, this is a great time of fellowship. On this evening we transport our people to three different host homes decorated for Christmas for refreshments, fellowship, and of course...holiday food! You are welcome to ride the bus or drive yourself.
